I can't even count how many times i've gone shopping and hearing "My Only Wish This Year". I wonder whats the reason for the sudden resurgence in the song. I'm not complaining though, I even bought it.

What I mean, is that compared to recent past Christmas' this is the most i've heard the song. So i'm wondering why this year there is a sudden spike in airplay and interest in the song compared to other years.

Had Criminal become a top 20 hit, we would've gotten more singles. It has been announced that she's taking a break anyway. Her recent eras have been short: Blackout 8.5 months, Circus 10.5 months, Femme Fatale 10 months.
