I think it was around 1.5M at the time. Meaning TFM has shifted nearly 3M copies as a deluxe edition of TF and another 1.5M as a standalone EP.

The Fame sales were pretty good even before the re-release. She was a new artist back then, she was still building her actual fanbase.

A lot of people think 'Starstruck' is generic trash but someone please inform what other song in 2008 sounded like it. Plus it is one of her catchiest songs ever.
I don't want her to go back to TF, but it wouldn't hurt her to put even 2-3 songs on her album that are just there because they are catchy & party-ready.
I didn't see the fuss about it. I liked it, sure, but it wasn't all that people cracked (and stick crack) it up to be.
