Anyways My vote is for LEGEND

This is how I classify it.

Legend: To be recognized as a contributor to music as a whole: The Beatles, MJ, Elvis, etc.
Icon: To be recognized in your genre, in this case POP, but not quite a legend just yet.

and I see a flaw in the post/game ... where would the in betweeners go? Like the ones that r not has beens or non factors, but still havent made a real name for themselves??? People that still get top 10's and selling amazing albums but r not seen as iconic or legendary? Like gaga and katy and kesha and all..
