You really want her to appeal again to the masses? Well for that she has to stop supporting so much the LGBT community. Back in the days of Just Dance, Poker Face, Bad Romance, etc, she was cool for everyone. And I wonder what is wrong with that. You know, I said this in another forum. There are TONS of heroes of the straight on Top 40, but there's only one bitch there, fighting to be on Top 10. They have plenty of music for them (the straights) because that's music specifically created for them. However, Gaga has this in mind. Why don't release music for us too? When stanning for the 10 % of the US demographics has become so wrong? If this was such a problem and such a marketing strategy, as other say, I would see more logic in it if gay marriage was legal in the US.

I never said it was wrong, but she can't appeal the masses if she keeps doing this. She will have strong first week sales like BTW, but the general public will just not be how it used to be.

I'm ok with that, it's just that it annoys me that every ****ing day I read that she's not doing like she used to do, well that's the reason, she is interested on helping her fans. That's all.

If you didn't notice, she's still pushing more than 25K weekly in the two biggest WW markets and, at the lowest, she will still have 4M+ albums sold even not counting the huge first week (assuming she will close with at least 6M, which is reasonable).

Why has Born This Way already overtook these artists' albums sales? Why is the album whose singles are stalling on radio and iTunes still pushing higher weekly sales than the one with a single currently smashing on radio? It might be truth in your own little world, but here in the real world, an album that sells over 5m copies WW in less than five months is not considered "suffering" no matter how you try to spin it.

What will it take for some people to understand that single sales mean nothing in the long run? Even with her ****** single sales this era, Gaga is doing better than everyone except Adele. You can have 5 number one singles, but what good is that when you can't sell albums or even have a tour that grosses over 50m? Come on.
