When TOTGA reaches Platinum, that makes the total digital sales for every official single on TD to 21 million, but with LFN and E.T. closing in on 3x and 5x Platinum, it could easily reach 23 million not counting Peacock and other non official single sales.
Her only compatition was Black Eyed Peas - The E.N.D., and Lady Gaga - The Fame; which she passed, i think both those albums are around 17-20 million in single sells

If it's only a re-release (reloaded) I think billboard will count it. If it's an EP re-release billboard won't. The Fame + Monster wasn't included in the list of albums with at least 6 top 10s.
Honestly, if TOTGA doesn't go #1, which it probably won't, and Capitol wants to do a whole EP. Then I wouldn't mind if they release two more singles then do the EP. She can break Janet's record that way.

That and Peacock are really the only options left. Preferably nor Peacock, too risky. One of those two should be given a remix featuring another artist and sent to the radio like that. Just like ET. It'll make the song new.

I don't want Capitol to destroy HH with a remix so maybe CTD...a remix with Gym Class Heroes would be cool
