The stripper getup during Blackout era was iconic. Pictures from the video shoot made tabloids, the video premiere itself caused a lot of drama and critical response then as well. That look/VMAs outfit gets parodied alot. Might not be a good thing, but iconic nonetheless.

Circus definitely lacks a focus, though the video ITSELF is one of her best. I agree Femme Fatale holds no strong image.

I'm ready for her to completely reinvent her image and music on a better label tbh.
She needs free artistic reign, she has it in her to create magic, she has proved it before.

I find it kind of pathetic that people are joking about wanting her to have a breakdown or be a bad Mother. She has worked so hard to regain the respect of the public and her live revolves around those two little boys, as it should be. Music needs to take a backseat now.

I don't care if she never goes platinum again, she can release music for her fans and enjoy her family.

I agree. She needs to conceptualize an album herself. I feel the last two albums Larry/Adam have brought to her on a platter to choose from.

Yeah but she has obviously been writing, I hate that the tracks she seemed to love most ended up as bonus tracks on this album. Hopefully now that she is a smart business woman on top of an artist this time around she will organise a better contract for herself. Maybe she'll even release a few songs independently to test the waters before she travels to a new RL.

Britney did flop this era. i've said this since the day the predictions came out.

at least during the Blackout era, she had control of her career (hardly did anything) AND had sales.

In The Zone (while being my favorite album) had her most input but that thing is a filler mess!

so we know what she needs, ANOTHER BLACKOUT!
