We've been supporting it. Because of our support, it's been #1 on two of the country's biggest radio stations. But guess what, they still don't play it as much as they should. Our support must mean nothing to these people.

She wears crazy outfits and prosthetics to make herself look MORE like a freak because people look up to her and will be inspired by her bravery to express herself freely. Gaga doesn't give a **** what people think of how she dresses. It's her body and she can dress herself however she wants to, and she wants her fans to feel the same way. This was especially true when the album first came out. Born This Way the song is all about embracing yourself and not being afraid of who you are, and the photoshoot/outfits during that time reflect that. Obviously Gaga has toned that down a bit recently with Marry The Night, but the song is self-empowering in a slightly different way.

She don't need to release "generic" singles to slay the charts she just needs to put her **** together and focus along with the producers to create SMASH, CATCHY hits, with mainstream appeal, radio friendly and something that I tunes buyers would purchase, any of the singles from the BTW era have been catchy or strong enough (maybe TEOG), they don't sound like WW hits to me, she wasn't thinking in chart success when she did this album, and i think she didn't create this album for her fans only, it was mostly for herself.
