Nah,we're not dating. He made it clear that he likes me and i let him know i liked him too. He told me he was waiting for me to ask him to be his boyfriend,but i wanted to wait a just a little bit longer. Ever since then it's been kind iffy between us...
Tha craziest thing about it is he only calls sometimes when he says he's gonna call back,like 30/100,rarely texts back,rarely answers tha phone and rarely returns missed calls. When i just said **** it and didn't bother texting him or calling him he called and was like "You haven't called or text me...did u forget about me or something?" I was like drnjudtfvhuijdtfgyh WTH

I'm pretty sure he was just trying to get you on board faster by acting that way towards you. 
Being humble, tho, he said that he doesn't look better than me. His birthday's tomorrow. Anyway, I don't wanna get involved with him because I'm trying to make it work with the other guy.
