Okay, so yesterday was the show in Santo Domingo. I had NEVER seen Britney in my life and I NEVER thought I would see her live, so when the concert was announced in July I almost fainted... literally. Well, I got to the stadium around 6:30pm and the 30-minute countdown started at 8:30. Those were the FASTEST 30 minutes of my life
I wasn't even nervous, I was freaking ANXIOUS. The stage is
When the 30 minute countdown was over the video started and the stadium went CRAZY!!! I was in VIP A row F, but when the video started EVERYONE went to the front part haha, and security tried to get as all to our seats but no one was listening. Anyways, when the video was over, and the beat of HIAM started I started FREAKING OUT man, I started shaking and all I could do was scream like a baby. When she came out I was SHOCKED, I was like "this isn't real, this isn't real" I was freaking out big time, I couldn't even sing along to HIAM, I was so nervous. On the last chorus she NAILED IT.
Then Up n Down, I loved it too. 3 was veeery fun to watch and she flirted with Jason in the second pre-chorus "aaaare you in? Living in sin is the new thing yeah" it was so funny. Then Piece of Me. She nailed that performance too, I loved it, everyone on the stadium sang along "3", "POM", and "HIAM".
Then came in BFB. As much as I hate this song it sounds AMAZING live, WOW. How I Roll was so funn, and L&L was cool too. I loved the If U Seek Amy, she was smiling all the time.
Then came the epic Gimme More. She wore the two-piece THANK GOD. That was probably my favorite performance of the night along with HIAM. OH MY GOD THE BREAKDOWN WAS LIFE
the crowd went WILD. On Drop Dead Beautiful she almost fell because the chinese dancer misplaced one of the square things (you call it 'cuadro' in spanish).
After Drop Dead ended, the best of the part the night for me came. She was sitting on the swing waiting for the instrumental of DLMBTLTK to start and everything was silent and I yelled "BRITNEY I LOVE YOU!!!" she looked at ME in the eyes, smiled and gently WAVED. I admit it, I started crying like a newborn baby. She NOTICED ME, she knows I love her
Boys was MEH for me, even though, surprisingly everyone sang along to it.
Then came the REAL DEAL. Baby One More Time. EVERYONE WENT WILD. And when S&M started everyone was like
. A girl even asked "isn't that Rihanna's song?"
Then came Trouble For Me, for this song Britney's male dancers played a prank. Instead of coming out in jeans, they came out in UNDERWEAR
and they were wiggling their things on Britney, she was laughing SO HARD she couldn't even lipsync right
It was freaking hilarious. She laughed the WHOLE performance.
Slave 4 U was EPIC she danced and nailed it. I loved it. Then came I Wanna Go. Very energetic performance, everyone was jumping and as you're gonna see later on videos Britney danced with a fan BESIDES HER. Britney threw a lot of tshirts and she was laughing and smiling a lot. Womanizer was
I love the song even more now.
Toxic was meh. But it's Toxic so everyone sang along to it. On Till The World Ends she used a pink hat. I loooooved that performance. She danced VEEERY good. At the end one of the wings didn't work, but I loved it.
After this concert I can say Britney is VERY underrated as a performer. Her performances on tour >>>>>> TV performances. I love Britney even more, she showed her performer side, but she also showed her human side. She's not a robot, she's not being touring against her will. I could tell she was enjoying herself. And she definitely loves us, the fans. That being said, thank you Britney, for fullfilling my LIFE dream, and for smiling at me. You have no idea how happy you've made me. I have no words to thank God for giving me the opportunity to see you. You're amazingly beautiful, and you will always have my support, in ups and downs. I love you, and again, thank you Britney.
