Not selling 2 million worldwide isn't 'not bad', it's a flop. But britney obviously doesn't give a **** or she'd be out promoting like there's no tomorrow. She's clearly content with her 105 million albums sold.

The "Billboard" year began with the chart dated 4th December 2010 and ended with the chart dated 26th November 2011.
