I think it's easier to listen to You and I. Marry the Night is overproduced in my opinion, when the chorus comes in you can't even hear Gaga's voice clearly.
It's very much easier, listen YAI is a pleasure for a lot of people, it's a really great song, it's not overproduced and the video is great. The MTN chorus is some lazy scheisse.

The Teenage Dream era is an era that is once in a career most likely. It's very rare to have that type of success, GaGa had that type of huge sucess with The Fame + Fame Monster. It's likely Katy's next era won't be nearly as huge.
1. Last Friday Night and Cheers says otherwise. Again, the number of the single is not the problem.
2. It may be a country song but it sold 1.6 million copies and will end up selling 2 million, quote me on this.
3. 'Many People already have it' - The album only sold 2 million copies, Adele's album sold 4-5 million and the singles are not flopping and they don't even have videos (if you consider SLY a video, you really should go back to the clinic)
