It should've been sparks fly instead of mine, then enchanted instead of BTD, then BTR instead of TSOU, then Haunted instead of sparks fly, and then Ours!   |

It's 12 dates in Australia should be enough to push her into the top 30, bypassing Genesis, Britney Spears, Bon Jovi and perhaps Pink Floyd!!

...Based on new material Messina has heard, new peaks await. "She gave me a small taste of her new music-four songs-and I about went through the roof." he says. "These four songs alone will take her to another level, and I know her performance the next time out will go to another level. I'm looking forward to the next time out."
...Messina thinks the best is yet to come. "The real Taylor Swift hasn't even stood up yet. She is going to be one of the biggest stars of all time. It hasn't even started yet. You can put that in bold letters. Taylor is magic."
Billboard interview of Promoter Louis MESSINA, president of TMG/AEG Live, has presented all of Taylor SWIFT's U.S. tours.

I mean, he is her tour promoter, but still....

          | Ah! You know what, even most of the critics agreed that 'the real' Taylor Swift is still in the shadow of this media-loved Taylor Swift. We haven't seen that fully-discovered artistic side of her. Artists will be fully developed once they reach their mid 20s, and Taylor is still in the very beginning of that stage. With that kind of blockbuster albums under her belt as the albums where she tried to find her true sound (Bon Jovi said that, first three-albums to be exact, and John Mayer's best work to date, 'Continuum' was made when he's in his late twenties), imagine how epic it will be her future music. Kinda scary, but we should bow down to the queen. Amen to the 'one of the biggest artist of all time'. :scary:
I'm so excited to hear her future music to be honest, considering she's been teasing us with this kind of music which literally made when she was a teenager.

PS: Any link to that interview? Or it's from the Billboard magz?  |

I was just thinking earlier about how nobody in interviews ever asks her about the artistic aspect of her career; it's always "who are you dating?" and "how do you feel about being a role model?"

The media is so caught up in these kinds of details that they fail to completely acknowledge her full level of stardom. I mean, her 94-date tour just grossed over $100 million, and it's no big deal... When the 200 date monster ball tour ended, it was all over the place about what a huge tour it was.

Maybe it's just the difference between being a country star and being a pop star...    |

Maybe it's just the difference between being a country star and being a pop star... | That, my friend, is why I sometimes hate the media she's in. They rarely talked about her music, what she's currently experiencing with, where she'll bring her future music, or what people can expect from it.

Those two Qs are just icing on the cake for me, I'm here for her music, first & foremost. I don't want to listen to that kind of ********. Please talk about the music.

Her star-level today could be a huge sign of how big she will be in the future. She's just getting started, and started with arenas-stadiums tours, not to mention that she officially entered the Highest-grossing tour of all time that served for legends & future legends only area.

To be honest, I'm happier that the 2nd tier media was the one that acknowledged Gaga's success. Taylor is in that transition stage, for me it would be better that the media finally praise her when she has been fully developed. Cause there will always a receipt for every glory-claim for Taylor. Maybe in 4 years from now? Starting with 4th record.

Pop stars (not artists) will fade, they come with expiration date. The real artists, will stay and get their turn to be a legend one day, been booked from the very first day they started. Proven with the Rolling Stone's list of 100 greatest musicians of all time. Hardly found any pop stars from any era on that list.
EDIT: Think again, Media's hype for that tour, has been backfired to Gaga actually. An over-hype has never been a good thing.    |

Do you guys think we'll get a greatest hits album in 2013? Most country artists seem to release them every 4 albums or so, and she'll certainly have enough songs considering everything that isn't called "The Story of Us" has been a successful single?    |

Shania called hers Beginning.  |

You can't imagine how grateful I am right now. | why?what happened to Rihanna?

Ours officially gets sent to country radio today | I did not know this but I still think it'd be a good idea. I like it better than a greatest hits because that would affect how her studio albums do in a negative way and with itunes around greatest hits don't sell that much these days  |

don't mean that i shade rih & brit here, but i really hope the same thing will never happen to taylor. she's been literally on the road since '06, she better use this break well before heading to australia next year.  |
