Monsters need to stop saying this to cover up it's so far average iTunes performance considering it's got great promotion already so far. It had a Thanksgiving Special performance (Also uploaded to Vevo), Grammy nomination performance, 2 video teasers before the video's release, debuting on E! and a video out for a day now, still hasn't peaked inside the top 40.
UK had EMAs, CIN, Alan Carr and X-Factor performances and now a video, still hasn't cracked the top 10.
I think Marry The Night's doing relatively well here in the US. Sure, she's had to promote it a hell lot, but after the momentum she lost with Y&I, a little reluctance is expected. Plus it's getting really great updates on radio.
If anything, it's the UK chart performance i'm worried about. It STILL hasn't cracked the Top 10 despite all the promo she's done there.
