Yeah, but there's no need to put any flops/fillers/trash on the album... Just record quality stuff especially since it takes so long to release new stuff...

Capitol knew what they were doing. There's been a re release planned all along .They kept two of the best songs that were guaranteed to be hits (POM and DU) and took them off for the re release. Then they leaked at least portions of them to generate talk about the re release for free publicity (i.e. MTV articles, Youtube Videos, etc.) They're all definitely getting released.

I like WAILF, but yea Dressing Up ***** on it. I don't see a reason why it would have to replace it though. They should have put Part Of Me and Dressing Up as the 13th and 14th track on the album.
We don't even have full Dressin'Up demo and some stans are predicting its success,like y'all know how's final version going to sound.
On the other hand the only 'innovation' Part Of Me is going to get is dubstep bridge breakdown.
NLTM is little weak one but it's not a filler
