As much as I love her as a person and love her supporting this campaign, I wish she'd acknowledge an embrace her gay fan base. I remember an interview where she was asked if she could see WDKY used in an it gets better video and she didn't even know what an it gets better was!?!? I could see this song in the background for so many it gets better videos and her playing this up could win her over more fans! -_-

It is a catch 22 for her. If she acknowledges her gay fan base, she gets the gay rumors started up again about her. If she she doesn't acknowledge them, she gets dragged for it. I think she is just playing the safe card and letting it slide. You have to live in a hole not to know what the It Gets Better Campaign is.

Kelly was following me yesterday. I went to brunch and heard MKIA. During the halftime at the Cowboys game they showed previous artists who've performed at halftime, and they showed Kelly talking about the Salvation Army from when she did it in 2007. And I heard SUBG when I was doing some black friday shopping.
