Here, I'll do it with no sarcasm:
Madonna's clip contains a solo scene in a ballet studio, wearing a pink unitard, long feathered hair.
GaGa's clip contains a dance scene with backup dancers in a lighted dance studio, with short hair and two-piece outfit.
Madonna's clip harkens explicitly to Flashdance, and GaGa's clip references Fame much more vividly.
Literally the only similarity is that they're women and in a dance studio, which we've already established is a trope that far predates either video.
It would be like saying that the Till The World Ends video was inspired by 4 Minutes because they're both post apocalyptic.
