Her next album will probably be less obvious than Rihanna's switch after Rated R, but I do agree that Gaga can still do how she used to.

Using the school metaphor, I would equate Gaga's single choices as handing a Grade A biology essay to a chemistry teacher. The work is brilliant, but given to the wrong person. Her songs are amazing, but she isn't giving the public the right singles. MTN and Scheisse have smash potential. Hair could be a hit to if radio-edited correctly.

I disagree slightly here. If she alienated members of her fanbase, it is probably because they liked when she was top dog (which was more important to them than the music) or they liked more generic music. For me, BTW is her best work yet. The problem is with the mismanagement of the era.
