There's no "plan" for this other than the media blitz that's supporting it. No remix, or over saturation. It's a 6th single, I don't think they even EXPECT it to go #1. They want for it to go #1, but there's only so much you can do when you're 6 songs deep and the track you're releasing to radio isn't as strong to begin with.
There's no plans for a re-release and as far as I'm concerned, they're done with Teenage Dream after TOTGA finishes its run on radio.
