It's little bland for me. I would give it ~8/10...
I can see why not everyone would like it. I love the message though. I usually start leading people on (unintentionally) and the song pretty much tells that story. I love it. And the production really gets the hips rolling, too.

I do like the song and the breakdowns, but I don't think they can top her whole discography.
You don't have to agree with me. Te Amo is amazing too but my favorite song is Where Have You Been.
