What's filler? Even We All Want Love isn't filler, no matter how little it compares to the rest of the album.
We All Want Love could be argued to be filler since Drunk On Love does a better job with exploring the same issues. Birthday Cake and Cockiness have the same issue. Rihanna basically created two songs about oral sex. Not needed.
That's just simply not true. I guess you prefer albums that are just 12 separate songs designed to be singles that are all packaged together (Teenage Dream). But I prefer an album with a cohesive message, and sometimes the songs that are a part of that message could never be singles simply because they don't have commercial appeal. That doesn't mean they are filler, though.

True. Filler is more of a song that has no single appeal AND it does not contribute anything to the album.
Farewell for TTT would be filler. It would never be a single, and it does nothing to contribute anything special to the album.

Overdoing a topic doesn't make certain songs filler. What are concept albums to you, then?
Birthday Cake is definitely filler. No matter how good the song is (it's high up on my list) it's not good enough to be a single. It's only on the album because it wants to be, so it's filler.
