That's ridiculous. Jennifer Hudson certainly can belt better than most of the other girls in the game (Beyonce included) but that's hardly all that she can do.
She has a beautiful, incredibly rich lower register. Not to mention the fact that her tone is so much better than that sweaty, raspy Fantasia Barrino. I'll let her flawless cover of Whitney's I Will Always Love You speak for itself.
There is literally no one else who could even touch that song besides Jennifer.
And I don't think Leona's voice is perfect, but she certainly has power, especially when she sings in her falsetto.
How many girls could do that at 4:13? Leona has an incredibly lazy vibrato in her lower register, but you're going to be hard-pressed to find anybody with a better mastery over her falsetto, besides maybe Christina.
I agree that Nicole Scherzinger has one of the best voices in the biz right now. She's incredibly versatile and emotive, has great range, respectable power, and she sang Rolling In The Deep better than Adele does.
Beyonce is very much of a part of anything having to do with vocals. #TOPTIERBITCH

Beyonce - clear and warm belts, unique vibrato, perfect controls over crescendo and diminuendo, mastery falsetto, melisma...her technique is untouchable
Christina- her belts are nice, good timbre quality
lol I won't deny Kelly can SANG downe, but Kelly doesn't have to impact to back it up.
If that's the case, Adele & Florence should not be mentioned because their "impact" remains to be seen. Gaga is average so she's out as well. I don't think Christina is that good of a vocalist but it's obvious that the general public bought into her hype and is still praising her as the voice of our generation, so...

Like Xtina, Adele is another vocalist that we're told is top tier by the media when she's really not. Even Jordin Sparks has a wider range and more power than Adele if we're talking about vocals from a technical PoV.
I'd rather include J Hudson over Christina.
Carrie Underwood and Leona Lewis are good vocalist (Carrie is milers better) but both are pretty limited. Leona hits high notes but her range isn't all the impressive and Carrie has a lot of power in her chest voice but her voice thins out in the upper register and her tone becomes extremely nasally.

Brtiney, Riri, Katy, etc. should be banned from this category. :l Katy does have a pretty good voice. But its not powerful enough to be rated as one of the best. Riri and Britney can sing, but they have no power whatsoever. :/
