I'm sorry, but Katy Perry has to prove herself as someone who can function outside of generic hits before she goes ANYWHERE near a Rihanna track. Rihanna has a perfect record of non-generic songs so far (WFL, WHUB, RL) and I don't need Katy ruining Rih's material. Maybe sometime in the future when Katy is innovative, edgy, and experimental can she work with Rihanna.

It annoys me because she has the potential to. I can see Katy rocking a dubstep/rock sound, but she's stuck on light, fluffy, generic stuff. I just want to see her push past this era and grow as an artist.
