Whew. I know I'm late as fuuuuck, but the level of B.S. in this thread is just..... Y'all cant really think it's 1000% her label's fault for her flopping. Like, they were behind her for Goodies, Evolution, and Fantasy Ride. They put a LOT of money & work into FR and didn't get any of it back.

I'm not fully blaming Ciara, but a lot of this is definitely on her. Ciara has been worrying entirely too much about her hollywood image, as opposed to her music. I mean, how do you have a new single (Ride) out attend 2 different big award functions (BET Awards & Black Girls Rock) and do nothing but present? How do you sit around and cry about BET banning "Ride" for a good 8 months? Like, 106&Park doesnt make nor break anyone. Ask Dondria (Not banned, even had the #1 video & didn't make her ****), or Kanye/Trey/Rihanna (they were banned, didnt affect them).

And y'all can wave the face that she paid for "Gimme Dat" a round all day, she's NOT the first artist to come out of pocket for a video. Hell, during The Fame Gaga did multiple extra shows a night to pay for good stage props/costumes and ****. That's what a HUNGRY artist does.

Like, didnt she promise her fans 2 different mixtapes? One during FR & 1 just before BI? And where are they? Oh.
