True, quality over quantity.
Loud has 10 tracks + a Part 2. Obviously they had that amount of tracks to make room for a re-release, but since that didn't go through, I don't want another short album. 13 tracks for me is ideal, + 2 deluxe/bonus tracks.
The last statement is true.
