Now, Britney is essentially free to leave once the Femme Fatale era ends. Since Britney is essentially in no-mans land, it's why RCA has yet to fully knowledge her as an artist under their umbrella.

I'm 100% sure RCA is courting Britney Adam and Larry right now to get her to stay with them. She will sign a new contract (that gives her more power and creative control) and we'll get an album sooner than normal...but I'm sure other lables are eyeing Britney too. I think Britney will ultimately stay with RCA though.

I highly doubt B In The Mix 2 counts as an album because then B In The Mix 1 would be an album too, so that would mean Circus had to be her last album.

In theory I imagine that once this era is over she will be free. She originally signed a five album deal back in 98' and that was fulfilled with all of her releases from BOMT to GH:MP she then signed a three album deal in early 2005 for $12 million dollars that would have been fulfilled with the release of Femme Fatale.
