Actually I wouldn't put any of Gaga's songs on "greatest of all time" lists but I'd rather she get the glory for songs that she wrote and helped produce than other popstars who'd get the glory while faceless songwriters who deserve the recognition would go unnoticed.

“Superstition” is one of Wonder’s signature songs — he played everything on the recording except the horns. True to his habit of assessing the entire culture around him, the lyrics double as a commentary on the political climate of the time. Where Motown would once have overdubbed sweeping strings, he builds a groove from layer upon layer of keyboards. Each instrument seems to be arguing with the others, and Wonder’s voice ripples across them all like he’s rendering judgment.

I can understand them picking BR over Paparazzi, but that song is just too good. It was one of those songs, you didn't need the music video to make you love it. I will say it took a few more listens to like the song at first then eventually to just love to bits and pieces.

Does "Tightrope" (for example) sound like anything on radio or most pop songs? This list isn't about "impact" or "influence." Otherwise, you would have to delete half the list or possibly more. I don't know if "Tightrope" would have made my list, but the song is fresh, funky and full of quality.

I do. Papparazzi was the first song I ever loved by Gaga, and I feel that it's her most overlooked song in comparison to her other hits.
