I think I'm one of the few people who loved HIAM video. I think it's one of her best video's and people would appreciate it more if her dancing hadn't been hyped but I love all the colour, the storyline is flawlesss and the bit of dancing we do see is actually quite good.

Oh yeah, i'll agree with this. TTWE is catchy and i do use it sometimes but i just find it extremely generic and i also think it's sad that HIAM underperformed while the lesser TTWE got all the glory and is getting all the praise and awards. Also TTWE would've been a HORRIBLE first single.

ANY song on Femme Fatale would have flopped as the lead single given the un-prepared ****ery Jive displayed during Jan-March.

"HIAM" should've smashed, but when you release something so unconventional for Pop music - it's the consequence. And of course. I actually only find "HIAM" to be the only lead single from Femme Fatale. Everything else seems like a follow-up.

Or sometimes i just play the studio tour version which has nicki's verse and makes the song more 'epic'.

HIAM had a huge potential though. But they let the single die down too much. There was huge hype in the beginning of the era wich wasn't taken advantage of.

I dunno if it's the best vid of the year (personally I think that's Last Friday Night) but I feel that overall Britney has been the best video artist this year. Each one has given us something different from the colourful complex storyline of HIAM, the sexy dancing of TTWE, the cute comedy and fun feel of IWG and the dark fantasy of Criminal. Every video has slayed me and made me love her that bit more.
