It's where most girls are getting their tea from. As long as well known publications are still throwing out the term. Articles don't even use the word Scrub period so there is no use laughing at Bootylicious.

Bootylicious is to describe a curvy female, which is going to get used more [to describe good looking celebrities, etc.] than a loser guy.

I mean it kinda does. Nobody else uses it. For example...the word SWAG. Everybody and their mama uses it. Even the news people. That's RELEVANT. And alot of those articles only used it cause Bey was the topic.

You Missed the entire point. I'm not trying to change the opinions of anyone. None of your opinions are that relevant at the end of the day because they hold no weight on either groups accomplishments or impact. I'm just simply stating facts that people seem to forget when it comes to DC.

"Scrubs" have several different definitions. To lower down the results in Google, just Google "Scrubs TLC" or "Scrubs TLC originate" and plenty of articles would come up, even ones written in the last few years. But the argument is kinda redundant, though. Both groups popularized recognizable terms.
