I'm not going to lie - this gives me the knockback! Again, better than at least twenty five percent of the album proper. A reasonable 7.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO... Up N Down is AMAZING.. how can it be eleminated..... I guess things are getting tough now with the better songs still in the running... but still. I will judge anything that doesn't deserve to be higher...
ALSO, who started THIS>>>> ... It looks like a french fry struggeling to get up
I should have given it a ten too. I can't help but feel that my eight kept it from at least beating the song at #23. One of the most entertaining songs of the year, fully immersing the listener into Gaga's world. On the money, in the pocket.

Damn, girl
I guess I just will never understand the appeal behind the song.

Written off as a downgraded Irreplaceable, Best Thing has it's own charms; I've never heard Beyoncé sing with such religious fervor before.
It is a downgraded "Irreplaceable." The whole thing is perfectly pleasant, but pretty milquetoast overall. Sure, Beyonce's vocals are on point, but the composition is way too muzak-y to reach her emotional level.
