I'm really glad that Coldplay specifically chose Rihanna to sing it. It only proves how much of a force she is in the industry.

I've really liked how both "We Found Love" and "Princess of China" sound different vocally to what we're used to. It has a tinge of the usual Rihanna sound, but has lost a majority of the usual sound due to the higher pitch. I do hope that Talk That Talk has a few trademark Rihanna sounding songs though. Just some.

PoC is really different to anything Rihanna has done before.... and just that when I thought she touched basically every single music style there is.

I love how versatile she is. But I really think she has to slow down. She needs to take a break or she will end up burning.

I get that she gets bored of the same songs and all... but Loud could've lasted the christmas time and keep on doing well until TTT came in February or so.

I hope the video doesnt come out this week. I want it to be as high as possible on airplay before that and see it Top2 at least on iTunes

Just like the 'overexposure' idea, I think that if Rihanna was going to burn out, she would have already, especially with the amount of work she has done for pretty much 6 years straight. It looks like she has a strong enough social network that she can pretty much do anything... she'll always have the support of her team and other celebrities.

While it is annoying that Rihanna will cut a tour short, or intertwine a tour with a new era just because she gets bored singing the same songs, it is almost a blessing for the Navy that she releases new material every year for us. She benefits from having new songs to sing, and we benefit from having new music to listen to. An added bonus is the fact that Rihanna can put out albums yearly and still smash. So for everyone including chart fanatics, its a win-win-win situation.

Yeah, Sometimes I wish she took "a break" too. Of. Course I love the fact she keeps on giving us new music. I. Can never get enough of it. It's crazy. But I do wish to see some album from. Her that she really focus on HARD. Like shut herself in a tower and just focus on "herself". Now. She is still creating music, still recording. And since they got a dead time it might be rushed. I'm sure it will be great. But still I think she would come up with so many different ideas if she didnt have an exact time to release the album. Like she could work on TTT withut telling when it will be released. With no videos, no unlocked. Just stay low for a while. And then amaze us with full campaign.

No. Overexposure is REALLY hard to control and EXTREMELY HARD to come back from it. Once people are fed up with an artist they just give their backs to them.

She really is on the edge of that.

I think she can get away with this album coz she had an incredible era just before. But ONCE THERE IS A SIGN of overexposure she should stop. Even if she has to end an era with just 3 singles.

Yeah...look at T-Pain...He was in every damn song in 2007...people got sick of him and now he is flopping and can't even release an album.

RiRi is rumored recording with The Dream and Nicki Minaj... i don't like that, she is looking for the bottom of the barrell to add songs to an album tha could have been an EP.
