Nobody's worried that there is non ballad in the album? I'm a HUUUUGE fan since 1999 and I pre ordered this one also but... I want at least 1 ballad on the album and I've heard 70% of the album and nothing...

I think Coldplay wanted to go in a completely different direction with this album. Their previous albums were more 'alternative' than what I have heard so far. This record has more of a 'pop' sound, which is not a bad thing, and maybe they thought a ballad wouldn't fit.
