I just saw that TSwiftDotCom tweeted a month ago that Enchanted will be the next single, and from what I can tell, they're typically quite accurate. They also hinted that the next album will come late 2012

Sparks Fly was always going to flop as it's the worst song on the album.

Sparks Fly was actually well-recieved by critics, and Billboard cited it at the beginning of the year as a song with big smash potential. It was more the (lack of) promotion than the song itself

^ I think it's because SF is an old song so the hardcore Taylor fans have already got used to that song. It should have just been as a special music video included in a dvd or re-release and released another single instead

Enchanted is up to #68 on the US iTunes Country genre chart, which is about 10 spots higher than it was before her TV appearances this morning, and she didn't perform or even really talk about the song.

It's #280 on the iTunes all-genre chart, which is a new peak!! (In comparison, Katy's The One That Got Away is #249, and Enchanted hasn't had ANY airplay at all!!)

Story of Us and Back To December both had radio edits... Enchanted definitely will, which is a shame because there's no way to cut it down to ~4:20 without cutting lyrics.

The only benefit to a radio edit is that it may speed up the song a bit.

Hopefully the music video would still be for the full 5:53 song though.
