It wouldn't be the first time Billboard has messed up
Billboard wasn't entirely wrong - they just weren't specific.
The adds date is tomorrow, however September 28th the song was only sent out to a list of like 8 stations or so for "early support."
we would've heard something by now.
or it might've been higher on the week of Teenage Dream release
