Great news to come home to!!
Woohooo!!! on Kelly's 1st #1 in Australia. Seriously, her promo there was AMAZING!

Score!!! On MKIA moving up on itunes. I think the video is a huge reason why. I was watching VH1's Top 20 Video Countdown this morning and seriously after the show ended MKIA went up like 4 spots, so that clearly helped. And also Ric Dee's Countdowns on the radio is during the weekends, so more promo!! Great to see it selling steadily with only radio and video right now.

Great to hear Drake will be releasing his album later. I hope KC can get #2. Even though MKIA is selling more than Coldplay's single, Coldplay's album has been in the top 30's itunes for weeks. It's all good though. I cannot wait for Stronger promo!!

So today is "The Trouble With Love"
Not going to lie I HATED this song so much when I first heard it. It reminded me of a boring Celine Dion song. The vocals are of course amazing, but it was just so blah for me. Then I started hearing it more and more and really got into it. It still gets shadowed on Thankful by much better tracks , but it is not the dead last song on there.
Also, I love that it was used on Love Actually soundtrack. One of my favorite movies

To be honest... I totally forgot how much I loved that song (although I still don't really like this style of music, but the exception (Kelly) proves the rule), I didn't listen to it for years. How could I forget it? Thanks for reminding me!

"The Trouble With Love Is" is one of my favorite songs by Kelly. I love her soulful voice. I remember we danced to it at our winter formal. One of my favorite parts is "This sad story always ends the same. Me standing in the pouring rain. It seems no matter what I do, it tears my heart two."

I actually really liked "The Trouble With Love Is" and I love that I get to hear it every year around the holidays b/c they always show Love Actually, hehe.

One of my favorite performances of this song was from 2 years ago when she sang it in Hong Kong. She did it acoustically and it just sounded so soulful.

I think I might be a Kelly stan. I love pretty much every one of her songs from Breakaway through to the new era, and I'm listening to Thankful now and it's nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be.

She is so much heavier in this video than she has been this era. Kelly is stupid if she honestly believes she hasn't lost weight.
