What is your source about Party not being an official single? I think it is, it's almost 20 million AI, they would be stupid to not move forward with it...
I think it was definitely sent for adds on 9/20 as All Access reported and wasn't cancelled as we thought when they took it down. All Access Urban section is messed up...
60/69 monitored Urban stations in the US have added it already... It is the urban single and the video will be released
