Idol's viewers (preteen fangirls, soccer moms) would never vote for Tora. I hope a different demographic votes for this show.
Lies! Nicki (whatever her last name) had the same type of style as Tora, but not as great of a singing voice or performance skills. She still made it to the Top 3 though, even though Tamyra Gray deserved that Top 3 spot.

But that was yearssss ago. If Nicki was on the last season of Idol she wouldnt even have made it to the voting rounds. Fantasia & Ruben never would have won. Idol's voting pool is totally different now. They only vote for boring, clean cut white guys.
But I didn't think he was that bad. lol
