Of course it does. But it's the AMAs, they go off overall success. She wasn't nominated in 2009 either, despite "Womanizer"/"Circus" doing well. I'm just being realistic, the show is a non-factor this year.

We still have hope for the European awards though.

The song was freefalling until the X-Factor! Even after a hugely bashed and weak performance, the song repeaked at #3, got more longevity inside the top 10 and went on to become her 4th biggest selling hit in the UK to date! Without the X-Factor promotion for Womanizer, the song wouldn't of achieved that or Circus selling as much as it did!

Of course, if she actually gave a good performance, the song would of hit #1! It's all in the performance, if it's a great performance that people like it, it will benefit hugely in the UK, just like how they obsessed over Beyonce after Glastonbury and Rihanna after the X-Factor!

Meh. Britney is still moderately stiff on tour. I don't think it's that, it's just her **** team don't book her for anything. She did just fine at the Billboard Music Awards. I enjoy the "S&M" performance for what it was.

She didn't perform at the 09 VMAs due to being on tour, 10 VMAs as she had nothing out, and didn't have time to prepare a performance this year. And no, it wouldn't have made sense to just copy a performance from the tour. Being realistic. The Grammys were the only thing they slipped up on this year as far as major performances go.

Trouble For me aint that generic as y'all make it seem like. It is actually pretty different. Y'all say IWG is generic when it obviously isn't. If there's generic songs on FF, TTWE gets the prize. I Wanna Go's whistles make the song unique and so cute as for TBM, that instrument before the chorus makes it unique as well.
