LYLALS is definitely going platinum. No doubt about that. What I think could be a possibility is it going double platinum or pretty near to it. I think at this rate, the single will be peaking sometime in November which will help with holiday sales.

But the problem is, the next single. If they release the next single too soon it could really hurt LYLALS. But I don't think they will- hopefully.

Out of all of the possible singles that are left, I think Whiplash would do the best and be the biggest on radio.

Miley sold 4,5M+ copies of Party In The USA..... why not Selena with Whiplash?

I know we can't compare but does anyone have the radio peak of Party in The USA? I would like to know, just to see if it was big (to have 4,5M+ sales...)

Did you see how long it took them to release this to radio? Don't think that will be a problem. I think if anything they should release a new video in the holidays to promote on Disney channel and Disney radio and then release the single to radio in January. New songs don't really do anything on the radio during the holidays because of Christmas music and all the end of the year countdowns and they start playing all the big hits of the year

OMG. You're right. They won't send the next single out for adds until LYLAS is completely done, like they did with sending out LYLALS. They waited for Who Says to completely die on radio. Hopefully the music video for the 3rd single gets released in late November-December. It'd be perfect. With an adds date, like you said in, January.

Whiplash should definitively be a single. It'll smash hard, harder than any of her singles. But Hit The Lights is probably the third single, still a good choice. It's catchy and I love the bridge. We'll see, she was supposed to shoot the video last week but nothing happenned so idk.

I feel like she meant this upcoming week.

There are so many songs on this album that have potential to be singles!!

Whiplash, Bang Bang Bang, We Own The Night & Hit The Lights would all be great upcoming singles. Maybe even My Dilemma.
