Maybe it's for the safety issue. There is a possibility that she gives pre-mature birth hitting the high notes in the final chorus while doing the promo.

How people can say that "Love On Top" flopped when it hasn't been sent to radio yet? Obviously it was going to fall hard after the performance's effect ended.
