Well the song charted for just like 1 week so it's hard for your heart to be in a song that ruins your album momentum like that

You need to grieve for them and move on. You keep contradicting yourself today. Space cowboy doesn't exist to gaga anymore...and Redone is just a passing thought. Gaga is such a forward thinking person...it annoys me that so many of fans are stuck in the past.

I got the same impression. She seemed very passionate about Born This Way, but she clearly was very complacent about Judas and just assumed it'd be a hit.

well the formula would actually work if redone did a better job on the production and the title wasn't "offensive"

melodies/lyrics-wise (not the actual sound) in my opinion: Judas > Bad romance > poker face

and it almost worked: look at all these reviews, who would have thought it would flop? I know even you couldn't get enough of the song when it came out.

I hated the song, it's so unpleasant to listen to and such a tacky attempt to ape BR.

When did I say I loved it? I was banned from ATRL. When we DM'd that I liked it better after listening to it 400 times in an attempt to try to understand why everyone here was going crazy for it?

Well what did she expect? When I first heard judas I couldn't believe that it's a follow up to BTW... It was... mediocre... Thank god TEOG kinda saved the era from a total disaster. Let's see now if You & I can actually hit the 100m AI. I say it will stall around 60 to 70 m.

I think the essence is that the general public (people who actually buy albums/songs) still wants more of "The Fame" Gaga: happier, more colorful and so on. The commercial formula (I'm not talking about concepts, meaning or lyrics) worked perfecly.
It's just my opinion, that's all.

She had very big front-loaded sales. Of course, the drop would be big, but people didn`t expect to stabelize so low at 20k per week.

the thing with her previous album is that she took long to reach the ammount she has sold so far with BTW, so, of course, she woul sell less with you compare to both albums.

There are probably in the USA 4M people willing to buy GaGa`s cd, if we look to what she has sold so far. I believe she will get there with Born This Way, but, it will be a slow climb...

it may be so but Gaga still did a great job. The chorus is even stronger than bad romance's not to mention the verses which are miles better
