Children in Need will be good year end promo. I'd imagine she'll be on The X Factor too.

She won't, but she could still get a major boost. BTW has sole 554k so far. A million by the end of the year isn't out of the question if she goes about things in the right way.

It is still feasible for her to perform more than once. She'll be over during the first week of October, which is usually around the time the live shows begin. In fact, her JR appearance is the 8th, and last year the live shows began on the 9th... I think it is possible to get a performance then, and perhaps also after Children In Need. You're right, though, if she's smart about her UK promotion, she could rescue her chart run this era

Rihanna was on twice because they wanted her for the finale. The promotion gave her a major boos., OG, WMN? and Loud far exceeded expectations. Loud has now sold 1.5 million copies. If GaGa is to follow in a similar manner then she needs to pick the right fifth single. Everyone is saying MTN would be the best choice, I'm not so sure. It's definitely the safest option and a guaranteed hit, but it's too similar to what she has done in the past and I think it will do little to sell the album.

I think The X Factor is pretty much a certainty, performing Marry The Night on there will essentially guarantee her first #1 this era, her 5th overall.
Same goes for Children in Need.

I disagree. It's perfect as a winter single, and after TEOG and Y&I, it's the type of song people are dying to hear from her. No-one would think OG or WMN? would sell albums, but Rihanna showed differently. I think MTN would do also. Besides, I need an XF performance of it

The hook in MTN sounds too similar to her biggest hits. It's been overused. Scheiße would be a better choice.

Scheiße. Lady GaGa took risks and experimented with this album, but you wouldn't know that from the singles that have been released so far. They don't showcase the depth on this record and I think that's why the sales have been below what were expected.

Scheiße just doesn't sound wintery enough. MTN just goes well with dark nights and coldness; the perfect Christmas single.

I don't think a song called '****' would agree with a show like Children in Need... or The X Factor for that matter.

If MTN's not next, then it'll have to be the 6th - the thought of her performing it at The Grammys
Anything but Hair next. I'm getting desperate at this point; releasing dusty singles is boring the **** out of me.
TEOG - A damn mess. Rushed, not thought out properly, wasted video opportunity, etc.
Y&I - It's not new, the album version is nothing like the live, it's not exactly smashing.

MTN is a good winter single, and it is a guaranteed hit so I would be happy to see it released. I just hope Scheiße doesn't become the DITD of this album.
