I think David & Brit would make an amazing video together. It would be interesting.

I know right? I am still struggling to decide what Britney video is the best this era. I remember when IWG came out at fiirst I didn't have any doubts, but seriously comparing I Wanna Go is so cool, like it's really our Britney, you know?! The one she has always been!

You're talking about Britney or Shakira?! If Shakira, it's Oral Fixation? It's awesome indeed!

I much prefer if Britney never works with that music director again, no shade to him, but he doesn't cut it for me and I think Britney is capable of better.

Ok Foxay, for once I need to disagree. There is in fact a reason why the video didnt receive any nomination and you and me both know what reason, VMA robbed Britney Spears. She was the most robbed artist this year if we talk nominees. I Wanna Go deserved Video Of The Year. It also deserved Best cinematography, best special effects, etc.
I seriously think if you people do not enjoy I Wanna Go video, I seriously doubt you would enjoy meeting Britney Spears, we all know she is all about fun stuff, this is so her face like seriously.

How can you say that when this was the first time that a director brought out Britney's happy shine in a long time. Yea it wasn't Toxic, but you can't say it was wasn't special because it was. This is the happiest ive seen her in a music video in a long time. #justsaying
As a huge fan of hers, sometime that matters more. (maybe only to me, but it matters)

I Wanna Go was not no Video Of The Year. Britney didn't make any video this era worthy of that title and that's a non-bias stan view. "I Wanna Go" is a weak video and very forgettable for me, I thought it was cute when released, but nothing too special about it. I seriously doubt it'll stick out in her videography 5 years from now, which is what tells you what a real good music video is. I think Circus is one of my favorite post-breakdown videos of hers. It's right up there with her best.
I met Britney 10 years ago and she's a completely didn't person from then to now. However, I am the same way, I am not the same person as I was when I was 13 meeting her.

Be real, if the video deserved it, the mv would have been nominated. HIAM deserved a nom before IWG.

I like when celebs have fun her their videos, but it's not something I necessarily look for when looking for a great video. It doesn't have to be a serious toned video, but I prefer something a little more creative and artistic.
I think we can get personality and jokes in during performances and interviews to be honest, but I guess everyone has their own preferences. I still am not at all impressed by the video and the director isn't all that great to me. I would love to see her work with the man that helped direct some of her biggest videos in the beginning, the legendary, NIGEL DICK!

It was certainly miles better than the LIfetime Original Movie Music Video that was "Firework," and that won VOTY. Which was b/c the song was such a big hit.

Katy deserved the award but MTV screwed up her video nomination. Clearly ET should have been nominated and won that category. They just nominated Firework because it was her biggest hit in 2011 and a feel good song.

You have some points there. In Fact I highly doubt i Wanna Go will stand out in her videography, but are you serious? Then what is the video of the year? Because I fail to see any video this year better than HIAM, TTWE or IWG and I swear I am not being biased, I really think those three videos are in a complete other level than the other videos released this year. The video that could come close would be perhaps Katy's Last Friday Night but that's pretty much it. And yes "Circus" is an amazing video also robbed at the VMAs.
And I didn't know you had met Britney Spears, that must have been so cool, but as someone here pointed out the director of IWG video really made Britney feel comfortable, I think it's the most "happy" face she gave to us since Everytime's ending video.

The animation was really good and I myself don't understand the hate either. I think people were just disappointed that Britney herself wasn't in the video.
