The spin increase is fine. It's higher than yesterdays. However, look at the bullet, that's important. It's still above 1000 spins. It's been that way for a 2 weeks maybe? Were the bullet to continue to lower below 1000 I'd say we should be concerned, but for now I think these concerns are immature.
I think the biggest thing is that the top 6 songs all have over 10,000 spins.
I just added all the spin counts...
196750 spins make up the top 50. The 6 top songs totaling to about 30% of that total might be the reason You and I (and a few other) songs aren't experiencing higher updates.
Also, if you look at those same 6 songs, they aren't free falling. They have mediocre spin decreases. You and I is still doing fine.

The edge of glory is doing great on AC still. On its way to getting 100 spins on the format, and climbing up to #7!

You and I is doing so great on this format. 3 weeks on the format and in the top 20.
Also, people should also note that You and I is only charting on 2 formats while other artist's songs are charting on 3 or more formats. That's also a factor. And considering you don't get HUGE updates from HAC on a daily basis, GaGa's updates are almost entirely supported by her pop AI. That would explain the lower updates.
