I Think Aug 23rd It Was. But Yeah AC Is Usually The Slowest To Pick Up. It Probably Won't Even "Explode" On That Format Cuz Of Edge Still Gaining Healthy. But It Will Have A Slow Run Similar To Edge (I Think)

The Fame Era Had The Biggest "Rhythmic" HIts For Some Reason. I Think Bad Romance Was Actually The Last Semi Large Hit There. Believe It Or Not, I Dont Think Telephone Even Did That Well

GaGa has never really had STRONG support from Rhythmic.



I know a couple of singles did well (in comparison to the others) but I don't know which ones or the numbers.


She's no Katy Perry who can seemingly just chart in the top 20 of rhythmic with every damn single.

Her biggest hits there have been JD, PF, BR, and Telephone, I believe.

For example, Just Dance peaked at #4 on Rhythmic (I think? maybe even higher), whereas TEOG peaked at #32 on the format. Y&I has yet to appear in the Top 50.

So we're about two weeks into it as a single; despite the song charting like 2 ish weeks before.

I don't expect YAI to chart for another couple days to a week on AC.

I think when it does that it'll be important that we request specifically on AC (despite the lower audience impressions).

You and I is clearly the "album" seller as we've mentioned. It's also the follow up song to The Edge, which is the first single to do so well on that format.

It'd be really nice if Gaga could get similar reactions from HAC/AC as Katy/Adele get (similar, not exact), especially since GaGa's primarily spun on POP. That and having that older audience being more welcoming towards Gaga wouldn't be a bad idea. They buy albums too, and she gets a lot of critique from that age group.

That's also why I really want her to become a staple on AC. Older people tend to listen to that format more than Top 40. I hope that it'll become an asset for her.

I don't want her to do full out ballads or Jazz.

I am all for a Christmas Jazz album or a Jazz album on the side. I think with the current press of the duet with Tony, she should do a Christmas Jazz album, and then market it with Born This Way. Maybe with the older audience that like her duet, and perhaps those who like You and I, they'll purchase Born This Way (attached to the Christmas album).

I don't know if that's plausible, but it would make sense.


I'm here for her trying something new-ish. I wouldn't mind her trying rhythmic/urban. JUST A FEW TRACKS.

I'm all for her dance music. So she can keep the club bangers up. I like her religious songs too; she could do like maybe 1 (like how she's done Speechless/Brown Eyes/You and I).

I'll like whatever she does. I'm far too smitten not to.
