They are different. Album sales = album sales. Single sales = single sales. Record sales = all sales. Xtina has sold approx. 50,000,000 records ww and Gaga has sold approx. 80,000,000 records ww. Xtina came out in a time where people actually bought albums. Bionic proved that she no longer has that power, but Gaga does.
