65 million before the Born This Way era even started? No. She received a plaque for 51 million singles sold in mid-August of 2010 when Alejandro was as good as done. Since then she sold a few million tops. I say her total single sales should be around or maybe slightly over 70 million right now.
Eh, I don't know. Plaques are for certifications and not all of her single sales have been certified, I believe.

Oceania seems to be following Y&I, same with North America.
I hope Germany gets on board full on, but that song just started getting some airplay there. Riding off of TEOG's huge success in that country, could hopefully lead the way in Europe since the UK is falling behind w/ Gaga.
