You have way too high expectations for Cheers. Its radio updates were impressive in the beginning but after this one day when it got a very small update, something had changed. Our saving "vessel" was its iTunes position but as we can see it's not looking good now. Top 10 is good and I would be incredibly surprised if the song mananages somehow to "resurrect" itself.
