I think the pre-occupation with who copied who is stupid since they've all drawn from previous references, but it's silly to deny the similarities in this case.

If you took the outfit that Minzy wore and put it under that metallic corset-like piece, then you'd have what Nicki wore, basically. But I see a lot more Minzy than Gaga in Nicki's outfit. The facial mask, the color scheme, the streamer-like fabric - all of it.
