I know I'm late.. but can we revisit the pointlessness of chance cards? They're those random pop ups you get when your Sim is at work.

My Sim, Kat, was ONE promotion away from the top of the Criminal career track, which was her lifetime want. She got a chance card while at work and I chose the wrong option. She got fired. At the moment, she has days off and she's only 4 days away from an elder. Ugh. >

I'm re-installing The Sims 3 now, so I can give it a fair shot. I can't wait to make an amazing mansion to blow Doc's cheap, yeah, I called it CHEAP, looking shack out of the water. It's gonna be amazing.
