Bothered by what she's become? You mean a pop star in the 13th year of her career having more success than some of the peers that have to work three times as hard? You mean someone who realized that she can make music, be happy and give a great concert to her fans w/o running all over creation to promote her album? You mean someone who'd rather stay home and cook for her kids than traverse around the country when she doesn't have to? You mean someone who shows humility in the face of adversity and is kind to everyone she meets, including the peers that fans try to make rivalries out of?
Today she was awarded something only a handful of people have received. That alone is a great honor. The tribute was a mess but that had NOTHING to do with Britney. Yes she introduced Beyonce and praised her. That didn't for one second take ANYTHING away from Britney.
No one is pretending that tonight wasn't a mess, but this is one thing that Britney CANNOT and SHOULD NOT be blamed for. She is a class act. You people are shaming our stanbase right now with your out of control freak outs over nothing. Why don't you pull it together and show some ****ing respect.
Britney said exacty what she has already said about Beyonce. I agree she shouldn't have introduced her, but Britney got 2 standing ovations, and what GaGa said was the truth about Britney and everyone knows it.
